After finding a lump during a routine self breast exam in September of 2022, founder Donna Streit was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer and began her treatment journey.
As anyone who has gone through treatment for breast cancer knows, it is not only physically grueling, but also mentally, spiritually, and emotionally challenging.
Having been surrounded by overwhelming love and support, Donna's journey was made a little more manageable, even during the darkest times.
In the spirit of gratitude for the abondance of love, support, and care she received Donna founded Love Beats Breast Cancer to assist other other women on their treatment journey.

Love Beats Breast Cancer is a nonprofit, tax exempt organization whose mission is to provide financial assistance to women in active breast cancer treatment, empowering them to live their lives with dignity and grace.
Women currently in breast cancer treatment can apply for financial assistance for various expenses that have accompanied being diagnosed.
